Ole Miss Gets Cold-Cocked By Jacksonville State

Back in 1992 Jack Crowe was the head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks and lost their season opener to The Citadel from then Division 1-AA in their season opener. The next day Crowe was out of a job.

18 years later Crowe is the head coach of Jacksonville State on the Football Championship Subdivision and Saturday his Gamecocks upset Ole Miss out of the SEC 49-48 in double overtime.

"If you stay in this long enough, it goes both ways," Jacksonville head coach Jack Crowe said.

"Without a doubt, it's the worst loss of my career," Ole Miss head coach Houston Nutt said.

Here's the wild finish to this one. (Thanks ESPN/CSS/Youtube.com)
