Notre Dame has decided to stop using hydraulic lifts to film football practices as a result of the Declan Sullivan accident and death back in October.
University officials say now that the school will instead use a remote video system.
Notre Dame's president, the Rev. John Jenkins, says the system will prevent a repeat of what happened. The university says four cameras are being placed atop 50-foot-high poles, and they should be in place by spring practice.
Indiana's state version of OSHA is still investigating the accident.
